YOUR CHALLENGEYou develop and implement Incotec's global commercial strategy for vegetable crops, based on the customer engagement program, and establish the derived commercial policy and objectives to maximize profitability. You lead the EMEA vegetable crops sales team through the regional sales team, aligning resources based on a thorough understanding of customer and market needs. You seize and focus on key opportunities, transforming them into feasible solutions and business models. You will do this in 38 hours from the work location in Enkhuizen and, of course, at our customers' premises. One day working from home is possible.
YOU AREA bachelor's or master's degree in agriculture, agribusiness, or business management with at least 5-7 years of experience in leadership and sales management in the seed industry, crop protection industry, and/or related sectors. You are capable of building credibility, creating support, and being decisive. You have strong interpersonal communication skills, a multicultural focus, and a high energy level. You are fluent in English and willing to travel.
