Account Manager Vegetables Europe

 

Your challenge
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and building long-term relationships with vegetable seed companies in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. You monitor developments and initiate new opportunities based on our customers' needs. Complex is a challenge for you. Besides account manager, you also do business development. You are a sparring partner for your colleagues from Sales, Marketing and R&D and work closely with them. Customer commitment is crucial for you. You are part of a sales team and report directly to the Sales Manager Vegetables EMEA.

You are
You are sociable, strong in communication, driven and enthusiastic, have a sense of humour and ability to put things into perspective. You are resourceful and take the initiative to develop new business concepts. You do not do this alone. With your commercial insight, social skills and team mentality, you establish long-term relationships in various cultures. You are open to travelling and you are fluent in Dutch and English. You have a bachelor or master degree in Agriculture and/or Business Administration, at least 3 years of relevant professional experience in Agriculture and are familiar with the international seed industry. Working full-time (38 hours)is a necessity
